Our service, requires a more precise expertise and skill set, not only related in interior decorating and styling, but also knowledge on demographics and how to attract premium buyers, how to showcase your property so that we limit buyer objections yet maximise sale value.

We are Property Stylists who act as Project Managers, this means that not only do we stage your home for sale, but we also provide premium referrals for general maintenance that your property may require, such as gardening, painting, cleaning, decluttering and much more.

We do not need to see your property in order to provide a quote. If you would still like a Stylist to visit you and perform an onsite quote, we charge for this service.

If you are happy with the quote we give you, the next step is to pay your deposit and book your initial consult, which is 5% of the quoted value. (Average is about $200)

A time and date will be set for a professional stylist to visit your home to formally meet you. The site visit is required to map the layout of your property for furniture and décor items, to take measurements and photos, to discuss your sales campaign in greater details, additional services that may be required, what furniture can stay and what needs to go, signing of agreements and exchange of property keys, and anything else that is imperative to your sales campaign. This initial consultation, could take up to 2 hours, and marks the beginning of our service.
